Each fighter has their own corresponding element that ranges from blue, red, yellow, green, and purple. These elements are crucial in knowing which fighter can stand against another fighter as they pertain to the attack damage dealt and received. Green Element

The first element to get introduced is the green element. Basically, when you are using a fighter with a green element, the best fighter to face is a blue fighter. On the other hand, you will be weak against purple element fighters.

Some examples of green element fighters are UL Super Saiyan 2 Gohan (Youth), SP Goku, SP Demon King Piccolo, and SP Final For Frieza.

Blue Element

Fighters that are categorized under the blue element are those who can inflict great damage to red element fighters. As mentioned previously, if you are using a blue-element fighter, fighting against a green-element fighter should be avoided if possible.

Here are some of the fighters under the blue element: SP Zamasu, SP Android #17,  SP Buu: Kid, and SP Nappa.

Red Element

The red element makes the fighters deal strong damage to fighters with yellow elements. But, in this case, there will be higher damage received from fighting fighters with red elements.

Here are some examples of red-element fighters that you can obtain in Dragon Ball Legends: SP Final Form Cooler, SP Piccolo Jr., UL Super Saiyan God SS Vegito, and UL Omega Shenron.

Yellow Elements

Yellow-element fighters are best faced against fighters under the purple element but are relatively weaker than fighters under red elements.

Some of the fighters under the yellow elements are as follows: SP Super Saiyan God SS Gogeta, UL Ultra Instinct-Sign-Goku, UL Super Vegito, and SP Jiren.

Purple Elements

Fighters under the purple elements are best chosen when you are fighting against green-element fighters. Meanwhile, they should not be used against fighters under the yellow category.

Some of the fighters to have under this element are SP Whis, SP Main Vegeta, SP Buu: Super, and UL Vegeta.

Special Elements

Aside from these five main DBL elements, there are two additional special elements that are exceptionally strong against all the mentioned elements. These two special elements are the Dark and Light.
